EA Sports Active(Early Review)

GameStop, Inc.

Are you not an outside person? Do you like to play video games? Do wanna be fit for the new year without having to go outside? Well if you answered "no" to the first question and "yes" to the 2nd and third question boy do i have a program for YOU! =)

Its called EA SPORTS Active and its avaliable for the Nintendo Wii sometime in May 2009. I wanted to give an early review since i havent posted a review on anything yet but back to the game....EA Sports Active is an in home work-out. It tracks your movements and gives a realtime...yes i said realtime feedback on your movements. It works your Upper Body and Wii has came up with a new feature to work your lower body using Wii leg straps and it also has cardio.

You have a personal trainer who will create a new 20 minute workout for you every day so you can get ready for a game feature called "30-day challenge" where you will be put to the test on a road map to reach your goals. Each workout will feel diffrent than your last to increase intensity. If you dont want your personal trainer telling you what to do all time lol you can create your own workout in "custom workout mode". You can set the length time, which body area you wanna focus on and choose from 20 exercises and keep track on how many calories you burn in once again....REALTIME =)

But I think this a great idea. If you ARE an outside and you have a bad weather or something and you have a Wii sitting around and you dont wanna miss your workout then my "honest opinion" is for you to get this when it comes out.

Pre-order it now:
